The S.P.A.R.T.A.N. service is specifically designed as a complete protective solution for small business that cannot afford a full time security guard.

S.P.A.R.T.A.N. consists of three separate services each playing a key role in the security of your business.

1. Security Patrols will help deter criminals through presence. They also provide extra protection at points in the day when you are most vulnerable.
2. Armed Response immediately reacts to your emergency call.
3. The Threat Awareness Network keeps you informed so that potential threats do not catch you off guard.

Given its cost-effective pricing it may also be readily used to supplement unarmed security services, provide extra protection at high-risk points during the day or as an armed emergency response.

Security Patrols

1. Between the hours of 8AM and 8PM, armed mobile units patrol your area, monitoring for potential threats to your business.
2. At least twice per day our officers will stop and report to your place of business. You can:
   1. Allow our officers to check in at random.
   2. Specify high risk times for officers to visit. e.g. Shift change when cash is handed over.
   3. During each visit relate any issues you have and/or schedule the next visit for a time of your choice.
3. Patrols are kept within the Chaguanas area to facilitate an emergency response in ten (10) minutes or less.

Armed Response - In the event of a security threat

1. You can call our dedicated Emergency Hotline
2. A tactical response team will be deployed from our base in Chaguanas or the nearest mobile patrol.
3. The police will be immediately notified
4. If necessary, Fire and Ambulance Services are also notified
5. Where appropriate, pertinent details of your report are updated to our Threat Awareness Network.
