First Guard Security Group recognizes that the quality of its services to clients depend on the everyday actions of all those in its employment.

Our commitment to quality service begins with a very selective recruitment process to ensure that only the best personnel are employed by our company. This selection process includes interviews and detailed background checks.

Furthermore, our training programs are mandatory and comprehensive in nature. Our officers are well trained according to a syllabus prescribed by the Trinidad and Tobago Police Training Academy. OSHA training is also delivered to our new recruits.

In addition to high quality recruitment and training the Quality Assurance Procedures as set down by management mandatory. All employees must comply with these procedures, without exception.

Through selective recruitment of security officers, rigorous training and strict company policies we ensure that the highest quality security services are delivered to all our clients. This is our Mission.

The Founder, CEO and Managing Director of First Guards Mr. Ronnie Stoute has clearly demonstrated his commitment to quality in the selection of his management team.

Each member of FGSG's management comes from a long and decorated career in the security, police or military services. Altogether you can find over 100 years experience between them.

In order to provide the "highest quality service" to our customers management ensures that:

  • all deployed personnel are properly trained and equipped for their respective posts and that
  • all duties are carried out according to clients expectations and in their best interest.

Various management and supervision techniques are employed to upkeep the standard of service provided including unexpected site visits and regular performance reviews.
