Mr. Ronnie Stoute is the founder, CEO and Managing Director of First Guards Security Group Limited.

With over 22 years experience and training in security and security management Mr. Stoute has integrated his knowledge, experience and commitment to excellence into every aspect of his business including his recruitment, training and supervision techniques.

Mr. Stoute has accumulated over the years extensive police, military and tertiary level training in the areas of security management, firearms, police duties and survival techniques. He is a professional security officer.

Mr. Anthony Bernard is the General Manager of First Guards Security Group Limited.

Mr. Bernard comes from a long and decorated career in the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service, spending over 38 years in the force retiring with the post of Superintendent of Police. In addition to comprehensive police training Mr. Bernard has tertiary level education in Management Studies and Instructional Techniques.

Currently he oversees the security operations and officer training programs at First Guards; imparting his years of experience and practical knowledge onto our guard force.

Mr. Bernard has been with First Guard on a consultancy basis from its inception until finally taking his post as General Manager in January of 2010.

Arising from over 16 years experience in security and security management Mr. Hamilton has extensive experience and practical knowledge in the administration of security duties.

Currently he oversees the staffing and execution of client contracts ensuring that they are carried out in accordance to general company policy and any special requirements indicated by our customers.

Mr. Hamilton has been employed with First Guards since the year 2000.

Ms. Roshnie Soodarsan is Secretary to the General Manager of First Guards Security Group Limited.

Ms. Soodarsan has over three years experience performing payroll and business administrative tasks. She qualified in Accounting, Business and English.

Currently, Ms Soodarsan handles our customer service and telemarketing duties. She is also assistant to the General Manager, runs payroll and functions as our payables clerk.

Roshnie Soodarsan has been with First Guards Security since 2009.

Mr. Aldwyn Chandler is the Administrative Manager of First Guards Security Group Limited.

Drawing from 30 years experience in the security industry Mr. Chandler is versed in security procedures, supervision and administration. A product of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Training College his training includes: police duties, criminal law and weaponry.

Presently, Mr. Chandler conducts the firearm and military training at First Guards. He also coordinates regular site visits and liaises with our clients ensuring 100% customer satifaction with our security service.

Aldwyn Chandler has been employed with First Guards Security Group since 1996.

Lionel Villafana

Mr. Lionel Villafana is a Security Inspector at First Guards Security Group Limited.

Mr. Villafana has spent over 34 years in the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS). For 30 of these years he was attached the elitist Special Branch of the TTPS, holding the rank of Corporal for his last 18 years in the force.

During his time he underwent a wide range police and paramilitary training in the areas of weaponry, surveillance, protective security and hostage retrieval, to name a few. He has been trained with the local regiment, police force and the US Embassy.

His responsibilities at First Guards include officer training and supervision.

Mr Villafana joined our team at FSGS in the year 2008.

Mr. Terrence Nurse is a Security Inspector at First Guards Security Group Limited.

In addition to his 16 years experience in the execution and supervision of security duties, Mr. Nurse is professionally certified in Security Administration and Management. He also certified in Supervisory Management and Human Resource Management.

Mr. Nurse supervises the officer duty at First Guards, maintaining the very high standards of our security service.

He joined our team in the year 2010.

Mr. Keith Sullivan is the Canine Breeder and Trainer at First Guards Security Group Limited.

Mr. Sullivan has over 22 years experience breeding and training dogs for security duties. He also trains security officers in the techniques of handling guard dogs.

In addition to US certifications in Kennel Management and Dog Training Mr Sullivan is also qualified in veterinary science.

Keith Sullivan has been with First Guards since 1995.
